Refund policy

There are no returns or refunds on any orders once the order is placed as this is a custom product made specifically for you. Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us if there are any defects, damages or you got the wrong order so we can try to fix it. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any issues or damage so we can get you a replacement or refund if it is a damaged order. 

Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup does not make it acceptable for a refund. Air bubbles may occur as a natural result of the shipping process. 

If a product needs to be exchanged due to a defect or damage of the product, we will get one sent out in a timely manner, but we do have a processing time of 7-10 days.
